ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Junior Account Manager who brings enthusiasm, a positive ‘can-do’ attitude, and relevant experience to become a valuable addition to our Business Development & Sales team. This role would suit someone who is looking to take the next step in their career, or take a side-step into a new role.
This roles reports into the Head of Business Development and Growth, and will be responsible for assisting with expanding our client and project base and supporting the team.
ROLE DUTIES
- Maintain and establish long-term relationships with all customers.
- Involved in developing some new business, by promoting the range of products and services offered by Vital Chemical.
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Consistently provide outstanding service, including effective follow-ups, to surpass customer expectations.
- Update and maintain records in the CRM system regularly.
- Regularly meet set KPI’s.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in a business development role, or similar role.
- High level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Good attention to detail.
- Willingness and capacity to travel.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Professional and articulate demeanor.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drivers licence.
You will be HIGHLY regarded if you have:
- Exposure to working within the Construction or Mining/Resources industry.
