Reporting to the Finance Lead, the Accountant will monitor and reconcile all machine inventory related transactions within the general ledger. Key responsibilities will include engaging with key stakeholders within the business to become a subject matter expert for all transactional financial matter and perform cost accounting functions including the creation and maintenance of internal orders, settlement rules and assessing shared costs at month end.
Additionally, the Accountant will process journal postings and manage month end close processes including performing reconciliations while also resolving variances between systems.

Roster: 5/2 8hrs
To be successful the following is required:
- CA or CPA qualification
- Demonstrated Inventory accounting experience
- SAP or equivalent ERP experience
- Advanced computer literacy skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Ability to accurately analyse large volumes of data
- Good relationship building skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal), including consultation, negotiation and facilitation skills to effectively liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities to meet objectives
- Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously
