Accountant

Located in the CBD, this firm has been established for over 30 years and brings an ultra-modern approach to accounting, and work in general. They operate without time sheets, and a have a business model that allows staff to have an additional 40 days off over 52 weeks in the Financial Year. 

The Partners of this firm left the ultra-corporate world of big-4 and have established a high-end yet casual and accommodating workplace. 

Information: 

• As an Accountant, you will be working closely with Partners and reporting into a client manager on a variety of advisory and compliance issues. 
• You're not alone, and will have management to support you, the Partners and a team of seniors, intermediates and juniors. 
• Provide compliance and advice to clients with fees ranging from $5000 to $40,000 or more. 

To be considered: 

• Accountant with 2 years+ recent experience in Australian business services and public practice.
• CPA/CA qualification or close to completion.
• Experience processing compliance for companies, trusts, partnerships etc. 
• Experience with Xero is desirable but not a necessity.
• Very good interpersonal skills. 
• A desire for work-life balance. 
• Knowledge/exposure with taxation structures including, Division 7a, CGT, small business concessions and superannuation.
• Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen
