The Role
In this role you will ensure the integrity of financial records, reports and financial processes. You will work collaboratively with the CFO and the small Finance Team to smoothly execute the day today finance operations, including but not limited to undertaking and/or reviewing balance sheet reconciliations, end of period financial reporting and reconciliation of Payroll entries. This is a dynamic role that adds value to our Organisation through continuous improvement and exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Preparing end of month journals, accruals and reconciliations
- Preparation of monthly financial statements and management reporting packs
- Assist the Finance team to execute the day to day finance operations
- Liaise and assist our team members with finance and Payroll queries
- Assist with completing regulatory lodgements with the ATO
- Maintain appropriate processes, procedures and internal controls
- Assist with external audit requests and queries
- Participate and incorporate continuous improvement and risk management principles as directed by the Organisation
Salary and Benefits
- SCHADS Level 5.1 ($47.50 p/h) | Part-Time (30 Hours Per Week) | $74,100 annually + 17.5% leave loading
- Permanent with recurrent funding

- Salary Packaging up to $15,900 (superannuation can be paid in addition to this, subject to any ATO limit if any).

Experience and Qualifications
This role requires qualifications in Accounting, Business or Commerce with a minimum of two (2) years’ demonstrated experience in an accounting role.
