We're seeking a high-performing and proactive individual to join our growing company. As one of our Accountants, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring efficient operations and maintaining optimal stock levels. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing consignment orders to ensure timely delivery
- Generating and processing invoices accurately
- Monitoring inventory levels
- Updating inventory costings
- Maintaining our order management system and streamline operations
- Conducting monthly stocktakes to reconcile records
- Assisting with import documentation
- Providing weekly and monthly reports to management
- Identifying areas for improvement in inventory processes and implementing solutions
- Collaborate closely across departments to optimize workflows
- Supporting the annual audit process to ensure compliance and accuracy
