Qualifications & experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Account Manager in the building industry
- A strong work ethic
- Ability to build and maintain rapport with customers quickly
- Highly motivated to achieve results and grow the business
- Well organised and meticulous
Tasks & responsibilities
- Develop and maintain working relationship with customers to build loyalty and maximise sales opportunities
- Work with suppliers and internal support to facilitate the efficient supply of product to customers
- Maintain customer accounts ensuring customers are up to date, competitively priced and within terms
- Maintain a strong knowledge of market activity, market prices and competitor activity.
- Build and support your customer base to ensure the long term growth of the company
