In this role you will be responsible for preparation of month end, GL journals, maintaining fixed asset registers, supporting payroll and finance functions, support preparation of financial reports, stakeholder management.
about the manager / team
You will report to the Finance Manager and another team member is a Finance Officer (AP/AR/Bank recs).
skills & requirements for the job
You should possess a relevant Accounting Degree and CPA/CA qualifications is desirable. The ideal incumbent should possess Xero knowledge, as well as NFP experience. This job is well suited for somebody with an understanding of grants, financial reporting (as you will need to create financial statements for EOFY - predominantly on your own) and you should be a collaborative, decision maker, proactive, problem solver person.
