In this role, you will oversee all financial aspects of industrial property development projects. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of finance in the real estate sector, particularly in industrial property development.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports promptly.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions, resolving discrepancies as needed.
- Prepare financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
- Collaborate with project teams to monitor project expenses and budget variances.
- Assist with year-end audits and tax preparation activities.
- Monitor project financial performance and identify variances.
- Finance experience in property development or real estate is essential.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
- Proven track record in financial management and analysis.
