Financial Controller

In this role, you will oversee all financial aspects of industrial property development projects. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of finance in the real estate sector, particularly in industrial property development.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports promptly.
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions, resolving discrepancies as needed.
• Prepare financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
• Collaborate with project teams to monitor project expenses and budget variances.
• Assist with year-end audits and tax preparation activities.
• Monitor project financial performance and identify variances.

Required skills:

• Finance experience in property development or real estate is essential.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• Proven track record in financial management and analysis.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero.
