Key Responsibilities:
- Month-End Responsibilities: Handle accruals and ensure seamless month-end processes.
- Project Management Collaboration: Attend Project Managers meetings and conduct thorough forecast reviews.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly P&L reports to deliver clear financial insights.
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations: Oversee the preparation and reporting of monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations.
- Statutory Compliance: Manage statutory returns, including BAS, PAYG, and Payroll tax.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable Oversight: Lead the AP and AR processes, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and payments.
- Data Reporting: Utilise Power BI for comprehensive financial reporting and data visualisation.
Requirements:
- Excel Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel are essential.
- Qualifications: Degree qualified in Finance or Accounting.
CPA or actively working towards CPA accreditation (optional). - Experience: Proven experience as an Accountant with a passion for learning and growth.
