Holistic Tax, Accounting & Auditing is a growing boutique tax and business advisory practise based in Adelaide with national clients. Our team of professionals thrives on innovation, integrity, and the pursuit of excellence to achieve the desired outcomes for our clients. We provide a complete range of accounting services to our diverse client base across a range of industries.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive graduate and/or intermediate Accountant (includes junior and mature-age candidates). You will have the opportunity to gain invaluable on-the-job experience where you will work closely with experienced accountants. As part of the team, you will receive ongoing development and and guidance from experienced professionals.

Alongside this, our Accountant can expect:

• Exposure to real client work and projects in a supportive team environment
• Receive mentoring and regular on-the-job feedback from your assigned coaching manager
• Training and development, there are opportunities to complete your CA/CPA studies

Who we are looking for

• You are proactive - eager to learn and develop soft and technical skills
• Able to prioritise your own work and maintain professional communication
• You are diligent and enthusiastic mentally
• You have attention to detail
• Passion for what you love in life – we are a close knit team and we want to get to know you during your time with us
• Recent/junior university graduate and/or mature-age accountant looking to reskill 
• You are a team player and problem solver, to enable our services to tailor to our client’s needs
