Logistics Analyst will provide admin and analytical support for the logistics team. This includes reconciliation of our freight and warehousing expenses, accounts payable, resolution of invoice discrepancies, analysing cost impacts via creations and maintenance of reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Day to day ordering and invoicing, including returns and credits
- Data entry and trend analyse to highlight pressure points within logistics network
- Build and maintain an invoicing calendar incorporating invoice timing and to accrue any missed or unprocessed invoices
- Maintain weekly Cost to Serve and report monthly against volume sold for the month as well as against budget
- Communicate with the finance and logistics team of opportunities to reduce the cost to serve
About You- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or accounts payable
- Proficient in computer skills, particularly Excel
- Understanding of basic financial processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
