We have an opportunity for a Senior Accountant in Business Services to join our firm. As the firm is part of a larger group spanning from financial and legal services, you will have opportunities to gain various different experiences across different sectors.
About the role
As part of the accounting team, you will be responsible but not limited to:
- Preparation of financial statements and tax returns across all business structures (individuals, companies, trusts and SMSF),
- Work closely with partners on ad hoc consulting engagements,
- Liaise on behalf of our clients with various departments including the ATO and ASIC, and
- Liaise and coordinate with our staff from the Philippines office.

Skills and experience
To be successful for this role, the applicant must:
- Degree qualified with majors in accounting and tax,
- Completed or studying towards CA/CPA,
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in public practice,
- Proficient in Xero and MYOB,
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and
- Strong attention to detail.
