We are a medium size accounting and Tax practice based in Toukley, Central Coast NSW and seek applications for position of Accountants and Tax accountants. The area is classified as regional for migration purposes.Job tasks and responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities of the position are as follows
- Preparation of all types of Tax returns.
- Posting of entries in Myob, Quick books and Xero
- Preparation of BAS returns for all types of clients
- Preparation of Wages and reconciliation
- Meeting with clients and discussing their requirements.
- Preparing Financial Statements and Tax returns
- Dealing with ATO on behalf of clients when required.
- Preparing weekly , monthly reporting for clients and manager.
- Assisting with Tax Compliance work.
- Various other responsibilities as delegated by Managers
Skills and experience
The individual should have at least Degree in accounting and have minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in an public practice and hands of experience carrying out the duties as mentioned above.
The applicant should also have knowledge of the following software's.
- Myob
- Xero
- Quickbooks
- Handisoft Tax and Handi Ledger.
