You are an experienced administrator who loves to be an active team member in a fast-paced and dynamic company, where a customer service focus is key. You are a proven, self-starting accounts professional who can work autonomously across invoicing, accounts, and administrative financial tasks. You are known for being a proactive, and someone who is always looking to learn and get involved in new projects or tasks. You will have an interest in the Technology industry and you are tech savvy in the way you work. We are looking for someone with an analytical mindset, extremely high attention to detail and strong prior knowledge of Xero and MYOB. This opportunity will see you joining an incredibly supportive and engaging team.
A snapshot of your role…
- Prepare and manage purchase orders, expenses and invoices and distribute as required ensuring information is tracked and adhering to organisation policy
- Provide routine administrative support to contribute to the resourceful and effective operation of the team
- Support the team with reporting and analytics, CRM maintenance and general ad hoc administrative duties as required
- Utilise your IT and tech-savvy mindset to understand company products and be on hand to answer any queries
- Administer ad hoc tasks in collaboration with accounts receivable and accounts payable processing, receipting, sales and payroll activities
