Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team in public practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, tax, and advisory services, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results for clients.

Responsibilities :

• Manage a portfolio of clients, providing a full range of accounting services including financial statement preparation, tax planning and compliance, and Taxation advisory services.
• Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, tax returns, and other regulatory filings in accordance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and recommendations to help them achieve their financial goals and objectives.
• Stay abreast of changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations, and ensure compliance with all relevant requirements.
• Mentor and support junior staff members, providing training and guidance to help them develop their skills and expertise.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and exceptional client service.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 
• Membership of relevant industry associations
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in public practice, with a focus on accounting, tax, and advisory services.
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work and exceptional client service.
