About the role: 
You will be working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to address and resolve queries. Our people are key to our business, so you will be a team player and demonstrate a solutions minds set and a positive and proactive approach to your work. 

Day to day you will be working across both transactional and reporting duties such as: 

• Setting up billing details in our in-house accounting system
• Processing direct debits, credit notes and receipts
• Processing contract renewals and supersedes.
• Refunds and posting / allocations.
• Bank reconciliations 

What does our ideal teammate look like:

• With a minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar role
• Strong attention to detail
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong team player so jumping into ad hoc duties to support your work mates is critical to a successful team.
• Ability to work autonomously and have a laugh is something that we value
