• Financial management in collaboration with Atlas Team
• Accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger & asset management.
• Processing payroll including lodgment & reporting requirements.
• End of month processes, including reconciliations.
• End of year processes, including reconciliations.
• Preparation & lodgment of BAS, IAS, OTP, superannuation, Company Tax & other reporting requirements.
• Monitoring financial systems for any irregularities.
• Assisting General Manager with analytical reports..
• Assist at social events as required.

• Experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger & asset management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Ability to work as a part of a team, and also autonomously
• Attention to detail
• Commitment to customer experience excellence
• Sound knowledge of MS Office products
• Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills
• MYOB, accounts payable & receivable experience
• Payroll experience (preferred)
• Database management experience (preferred)
