What you will be doing:
- Financial management in collaboration with Atlas Team
- Accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger & asset management.
- Processing payroll including lodgment & reporting requirements.
- End of month processes, including reconciliations.
- End of year processes, including reconciliations.
- Preparation & lodgment of BAS, IAS, OTP, superannuation, Company Tax & other reporting requirements.
- Monitoring financial systems for any irregularities.
- Assisting General Manager with analytical reports..
- Assist at social events as required.
- Experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger & asset management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Ability to work as a part of a team, and also autonomously
- Attention to detail
- Commitment to customer experience excellence
- Sound knowledge of MS Office products
- Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills
- MYOB, accounts payable & receivable experience
- Payroll experience (preferred)
- Database management experience (preferred)
