OVERVIEW; We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join team. This role is ideal for an ambitious, energetic candidate looking to engage in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment. Duties and Responsibilities:
Call for Collections (occasional)
Process invoices and credit memos
Accounts Receivable, collections, and aging reports
Post bills, invoices, match packing slips with purchase orders
Manage Accounts payable plus any vender issues and statements
Work with bookkeeper to prepare reports and other tasks for year end
Process weekly reports from Merchant Payment system and reconcile with bank
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Knowledge of QuickBooks and MS-Excel required
Must have accounting degree/diploma that is specific to the role
Must be extremely detail oriented, very well organized and able to prioritize tasks
Must be personable, and able to respond to calls and e-mails in polite and professional manner
Must have a minimum of 3-4 years accounting experience, specifically in bookkeeping and administration
