Full time position available for an friendly, mature and experienced Receptionist in a busy small Accounting Firm. The ideal applicant should have:
- Demonstrated experience or confidence to adapt to a front office setting
- Exceptional communication skills (face to face and via emails) with proficiency and professionalism in dealing with queries in person, over the phone or via email
- Advanced knowledge in MS Office including MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
- Sound experience in MYOB particularly creating invoices and managing debtors payments
- Prior experience working in an accounting or taxation environment, or use of taxation software such as Handitax will be highly regarded
- A high attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Greek language skills highly regarded but not essential
As our front of office receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting clients and processing incoming calls, mail and emails. You will be supporting our 3 principals, office manager and assistant accountants in administration duties including photocopying, filing, handling quarterly mail outs and booking and maintaining client appointments.
