AddressA reputable boutique Accounting Firm, nestled in Sydney’s Northern Beaches, close to amenities is looking for a Client Services Manager/ Bookkeeper. This firm offers a range of services from accounting, legal and financial planning.
This is a unique role where you will not only be a key contact for clients, you will also have the ability to be involved in client bookkeeping.
Duties
50% of this role will be:
- Client liaison
- All things ASIC
- ATO correspondence
- Setting up companies, change of address
- Application for AFN, TFN, GST registration
- General administration
- Client bookkeeping
- Bank reconciliations
- AR, AP
- Client payroll
- Individual tax returns
Skills and personal attributes:
- You will need to have the above experience, working in an Accounting Firm
- Bookkeeping experience
- Experience with ASIC portal and ATO
- Excellent time management
- Attention to detail
- Living local to the North Beaches will be an advantage
- Permanent resident or Australian citizen
