About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounting Manager or an aspiring manager ready to take the next step in their career to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in leading our accounting team, managing client relationships, and driving strategic initiatives that align with our vision and values.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of accountants, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Manage and develop client relationships, ensuring the highest standards of service and satisfaction.
- Oversee compliance work, tax requirements, and the timely lodgements
- Participate in and lead advisory engagements, providing strategic insights and value-added services to clients.
- Collaborate with senior management to onboard new clients and expand our service offerings.
- Drive the adoption of innovative technologies and processes to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
About You:
- A positive, proactive leader with a passion for developing strong, long-term client relationships.
- Excellent technical knowledge within the business services and tax space.
- Five years or more experience in the public practice sector, with a proven track record in a leadership or senior role.
- Strong ability to manage deadlines and workloads for yourself and your team.
- Eagerness to engage in advisory work and drive business growth through strategic client engagements.
