ABOUT THE COMPANY.
Working for our Client based in South-West Sydney, your previous experiences as an Accounting Officer will be crucial for the development and success of the Finance Business Unit. No previous Council experience required.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
An initial 4-month contract. Assist Council’s Management Accounting Team and maintain Council's Section 7.11 Developer Contributions registers, providing assistance to internal and external stakeholders relating Section 7.11 calculations.
DUTIES.
* Section 7.11 Calculations & Reporting
* Financial Management & Support
* Financial Reporting
* Customer Service
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
* Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or relevant
* Post-tertiary professional qualification (CPA, CA or CIMA) highly regarded
* Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Section 7.11 developer contributions accounting procedures
