Lavercombe Grader Services are a civil company that work in and around Darwin for local council. 

LGS are seeking a Full Time Administrator who will be responsible for assisting our office in various tasks including but not limited to: 

- Answering phones, filing, data entry, invoicing

- Collaborating with the Manager to provide day-to-day administrative support

 - Establish and maintain an organized filing system for documents. 

- Contribute to creating, organizing, and maintaining project documentation

 - Take initiative in performing daily duties

 - Follow instructions

- Support the manager & provide general administrative assistance

 Requirements:

 - MYOB experience (Required)

 - Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)

- Administration: 2 years (Preferred)

 - Drivers Licence or ability to commute 

Location Virginia. 

Salary: $55k-80k

 Expected hours: 8am - 4pm (flexible)

 Job Type: Full Time

 Expected hours: approx 38hrs

 Expected Start Date: ASAP
