Accounts & Administration Officer

Our client, world leaders in carpet manufacturing technology, is looking for a dedicated Accounts & Administration Officer to be part of their team.
 
Located in Warragul, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Accounts Payable & Receivable
• General administration
• Bank & CC reconciliation
• International/DHL shipment & customs documentation
• Remote warehouse sales

 About you:

• Proficient in accounts payable & receivable
• Strong administration skills and attention to detail
• Exceptional communication skills, both written & verbal
• Enjoy variety within your role
• Self driven, with the ability to work autonomously
• Competent in MS Office 

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

• Familiar with SAP B1 or similar ERP systems
• Certification in OH&S would be extremely desirable
• Previous experience manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and culturally aware for international trade
