About the role
Working directly under the finance manager and in a small team of skilled individuals, this role offers the successful applicant the opportunity to extend their skills between Accounting and Customer service. We invite you to bring your energy into this role as we believe a passionate team contributes to the company’s success.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Previous experience in Xero
- High volume invoice processing
- Account Receivables and Payable
- Bank reconciliations
- General office administration
- Data entry / new memberships on our bespoke platforms
- Manage client member support requirements when needed
Skills and experience
To excel in this role a candidate would hold the following skills:
- Tertiary Accounting Qualification, Commerce or Economics Degree
- Previous Experience in Processing and payment of Invoices
- Strong customer service communications
- A can-do attitude with a team focus
- High level of attention to detail, with cross referencing accuracy
- High organisation skills and able to multitask (Become the ‘Marie Condo’ of our Accounts world!)
