So, what's the role?
We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accounts & Administration Officer to join our team. In this role, you'll be a key member of our team, ensuring that our accounts and invoicing processes run smoothly and efficiently, keeping everything rolling like a well-oiled garage door.
And what does a typical day look like in the role?
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Verifying pricing (internal and external)
- Processing invoices and ensuring timely payments
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Providing general administrative support to the team
- Reconciling accounts
- Maintaining the plant & equipment register
- Handling customer enquiries, allocating leads to salespeople

- Accounts and invoicing experience: You've got a solid background in handling accounts and invoicing, ensuring everything balances and is accounted for.

- Experience with a job management system: Familiarity with SimPRO or a similar job management system is a big plus. It will help you keep things organised and running smoothly.
- Attention to detail: You have a keen eye for detail and pride yourself on being organised.
- Team player: You enjoy working as part of a team and are always ready to lend a hand where needed.
- Strong communication skills: You can easily chat with both colleagues and customers, making sure everyone is on the same page.
