A dynamic construction firm based in the Western Suburbs is looking for a dedicated Bookkeeper/ Administrator to join their team.
The role
- Managing project accounts, allocating income and expenses.
- Crafting and overseeing budget, comparing actuals to projections.
- Performing data entry tasks, including handling quotes, invoices and bills.
- Streamlining payment processes.
- Responsible for payroll duties.
- Conduct bank reconciliations.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an Bookkeeping role.
- Completion of a relevant Bookkeeping course.
- Proficient in Xero and Excel
- Strong communication skills.
- Full working rights (AU/NZ perm resident or citizen).
- Experience in the Construction Industry is highly regarded.
- Full time permanent role.
- $65k - $85k per year + Superannuation.
- Hybrid work (2 day work from home) and Flexible working hours.
