The role
We currently have an exciting and varied opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join our team in Perth. Reporting to the National File Maintenance Team Leader, this role will be responsible for file maintenance related tasks, such as compliance of cost agreements, managing audit comfort reports, billing (including ebilling), and coverage for the Finance Billing Coordinators. This role is a permanent full-time opportunity however, there may be times where further flexibility is required.
Key responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include the following:Client Cost Agreement recording and general maintenance tasks
Managing CCA renewal process
Audit comfort reports
Client and matter opening and ongoing data support
General back-up and assistance for all areas of the file maintenance
Adhoc Inbox requests - bill cancellations, time transfers, bill write offs, trust and split bills
Assisting Partners/PAs with Expert Billing queries and requests
Assisting in general finance duties for Perth office, as required (trust, accounts payable)Ebilling - uploading invoices into various ebilling portals.Skills & ExperienceTo be successful in this role…
