Matrix Steel is looking to appoint a part timeAccounts Administrator to join our Bundaberg Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organised professional to support the day to day accounting functions across the business.
This is a permanent part time opportunity working Tuesday to Thursday 9am - 3pm.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reconciliation of customer accounts
- Management of outstanding invoices
- Bank reconciliation
- Liaise with all key stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
- Undertake general administrative tasks including providing support to wider Finance team as required
SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
- Demonstrated experience in a similar finance role
- Have a strong financial system acronym, process understanding and adhere to compliance frameworks
- Sound understanding of general ledger coding, account structures and profit & loss implications
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines
- Strong communications skills and a personable, approachable team player attitude
