Are you looking to kick-start or take the next step in your transport and logistics career? Look no further than Dragonfly Shipping. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our team.
As our Operations Administrator, you will support the greater operations team across all areas, including supply chain management, operational reporting, and process improvement. This role offers an opportunity to develop foundational skills and gain hands-on experience, working closely with the National Operations Manager.
As this is an entry-level position, we are open to recent graduates, so if you’re eager to apply what you have learnt in a real-world setting, we want to hear from you.
We are also open to candidates with Transport and Logistics Admin/Customer Service experience who want to take that next step into Operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Liaise with Station Management to measure and report on station functionality and customer forecasting.
- Assist Operations Lead with day-to-day management of stations.
- Support the monitoring and management of the middle-mile and transport network.
- Assist in the effective and timely resolution of customer claims.
- Support the implementation of new and ongoing projects.
About you:
- Have a qualification in one of the following disciplines: Logistics, Business Administration/Management or relevant Logistics experience.
- Strong communication skills, written, verbal and interpersonal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
