Accounts All-rounder/Administration Assistant

To keep up with our increasing demand we are in need of an Accounts All-rounder/Administration Assistant who has an eye for detail and a willingness to learn. The successful applicant will need to be an adaptable individual that will be able to provide direct support to the Finance Team.
Duties for the successful candidate will include (but not be limited to):
- General Office Administration and Clerical duties
- Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Filing and Archiving
- Weekly and Monthly reporting
- Reconciliations
- Data entry
- Maintaining accounting software
- Assist with day-to-day correspondence
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
- Experience with MYOB highly regarded
- Organised and Punctual
- Competent with Microsoft suite of products.
- Strong Excel skills highly regarded.
- Able to work quickly and efficiently
- Highly motivated
- Confidentiality and privacy is a necessity
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
