About the Company:
EPC Solar was established in 2015 to service the rapidly growing Australian Solar Industry with a new and unique business model. It has steadily grown over the years to become a large industry participant in the commercial solar sector. It has also developed its new vision statement and strategic objectives for the next three to five years.
We are looking for a highly organised and reliable Accounts and Project Admin Assistant with exceptional attention to detail to support our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist procurement officer with creating and submitting purchase orders to suppliers.
- Input projects into the job management system SIMPRO and update as needed.
- Create commercial subcontracts (work orders) on project management software (Simpro).
- Maintain project database.
- First point of contact for clients in relation service calls.
- Maintain installer licence, accreditation, and insurance registers.
- Reception duties.
- Track stocks of stationery and general office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Assist with accounts payable, including input of all AP invoices, reconciliation of supplier Accounts and monthly supplier statements.
- Maintain all registers, including IT equipment, keys, direct debits, subscriptions, motor vehicles.
- Maintain company insurances.
- Maintain computer equipment.
- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience:
- At least 2+ years’ experience in Accounts and Project Admin role.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Knowledge of job management software (Simpro).
- Knowledge of accounting software (Xero).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- High level of initiative and the ability to work autonomously
- Strong team player
