We are seeking an experienced bistro/restaurant manager who is energetic, has strong leadership qualities & enjoys the love of quality hospitality.
Our business continues to grow and has a strong focus on quality on the plate, family friendly offer, local community involvement and a passion for great service.
Working closely with the Venue Manager & Head Chef, this position would be ideally suited to someone already in a similar position, or a Food & Beverage supervisory role who is looking to take the next step in their career and wants to lead a dynamic team that is delivering fantastic food & bar experiences to all our partons & event clients that exceeds their expectations. Management/development of the bistro and our lounge locations & staff plus development of turning tables is priority.
To be a successful candidate you must have the following skills
Must have at least 2 years experience leading a team
Ability to prioritise and re-structure in response to business demands
A passion for great dining experiences
Turning tables
Be highly organised with a strong attention to detail
Ability to implement procedure and training initiatives
Excellent customer service skills
A friendly and inviting personality
Ability to work within a team and under pressure
Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays
Barista experience is an advantage
A passion for quality service and food
Bar knowledge & cocktails skills would be an advantage
