Description
The Admin / Project Support Officer role at this large Engineering and Infrastructure Department is for a flexible and self-motivated individual with a high level of attention to detail.
The successful applicants will support internal and external stakeholders in relation to the large projects.
The job activities include:
- Support the team until the proposed system shutdown, ensuring its ongoing operations.
- Support the Manager and the other senior Support Officers, the division and broader external and internal stakeholders adapt and transition to the new system.
- Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve user access issues, address email requests, password resets, portal registration, and self-help solutions.
- Liaise with the Finance, Policy, Communications and State teams within the division to resolve issues.
- Engage with the transformation task-force team to support successful roll-out of the system as required.
- Attend all new system training sessions as required.
