About Us:
Our company is a market leader in the importation and distribution of high-quality ceramic tiles based in Leichhardt (NSW) area. We are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our Finance team.
About The Role:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Processing supplier invoices and payments
- Reconcile supplier statements
- General Ledger reconciliations
- Prepare Business Activity Statement
- Prepare monthly financial reports
- Other office duties such as; administration and clerical
About You:
The ideal candidate must possess a solid understanding of Accounts payable/receivable transactions. Ideally you will have the following experience:
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience with ERP software (preferred but not essential)
- Experienced in Excel and Outlook
- Good data entry skills with high levels of accuracy
- Be motivated to learn and able to work autonomously
- Be reliable and punctual
Your attention to detail is on point and would be perfect for somebody that wants to work part time during school hours.
