About the roleJoining our Compliance and Procurement team, you'll spearhead the seamless administration of our diverse portfolio of energy accounts across Australia. This opportunity will provide you flexibility to work shorter days across a 4-5 day work week.
Responsibilities include;- Manage various requests regarding energy accounts for Harvey Norman
- Organise payment files for invoices with our Accounts team
- Follow up and provide information on outstanding invoices, balances, reconciliations etc.
- Liaise with both internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Manage the opening and closing of accounts with electricity retailers, metering providers and landlords
- Generate reports from our systems as requested
About youYou will be an organised individual with meticulous attention to detail, equipped with the capability to effectively oversee a substantial portfolio of accounts.
You will also have:- Experience in an administrative role with a focus on managing accounts and invoices
- Proficient with the use of Outlook and Excel
- Capable of working both autonomously and in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent work ethic with a 'can do' attitude
- Ability to build rapport with stakeholders
