The Accounts Assistant will be responsible to provide support and assistance to the Senior Accounting Team. This will include weekly and monthly reporting, reconciliation and banking, and partnering directly with stakeholders on their day-to-day practice accounting activities.
This opportunity offers flexible working with a hybrid office/work at home arrangement.
About the role:
Provide timely and accurate preparation of key dental practice reconciliations including bank, accounts receivable and sales
Responsible for accounts receivable reconciliation and monitoring debtors
Preparation of tax invoices on behalf of Dental Service providers
Liaise with Dental Practice Managers to ensure timely monthly reporting and answering general queries
Assistance with preparation of P&L (statement and budget) and general ledger reconciliations
Support the preparation of weekly and monthly reports
About you:
Minimum one year experience in accounts/accounting support or a similar transferrable role
Experience in data reporting (ie: weekly and monthly)
Knowledge of PeopleSoft software highly regarded
Ability to work to deadlines and changing priorities
Excellent eye for detail and strong accuracy skills
