Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be required to go into their office, in Sydney CBD and will be responsible for streamlining their purchase order (PO) procedures. AS the Accounts Assistant you will be entering PO numbers into invoices and preparing them for payment. You will have direct contact with the operational staff and will be required to have exceptional customer service and attention to detail skills.
If you have prior experience in accounts clerical work such as processing expenses, accounts payable and receivable, or managing POs, this role is perfect for you. Sounds like you?
