- North Sydney Office location - some WFH after training period

Assist the Directors in delivering unparalleled client support and have the ability to place orders autonomously.
- Assist stockbrokers with client account management, including account opening, maintenance, and documentation.
- Monitor financial markets and news to stay informed about industry trends and developments.
- Coordinate client meetings, appointments, and follow-up communications.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide basic investment guidance under the supervision of senior advisors.
- Assist in the preparation of investment proposals, presentations, and portfolio reviews.
- Place orders
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and databases.
- Collaborate with other team members to support business development initiatives and client acquisition efforts.
- Provide general administrative support such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing files.
Communication, work ethic and attention to detail are the most important factors of this role. Our client is looking for a confident communicator, who has a good manner when speaking with and greeting clients and an eye for detail.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in the financial services industry or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and trading procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
