The Opportunity: 

We are seeking a dynamic individual who is entry-level, and possesses a strong eagerness to learn and develop their skills, and ready to take on the challenges of an entry-level position within our organisation. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Finance and Property team, contributing to the management of our diverse property portfolio. This presents an excellent opportunity for a proactive and dedicated individual to immerse themselves in a multifaceted position, gaining invaluable experience across the entire spectrum of property portfolio management.

The Role:

This position direct report to Finance Manager and is responsible for ensuring accurate lease management of the company's commercial property portfolio including shopping centre, childcare centre, retails and office building.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide support in reconciliations on all accounts and managing the collection of all rentals, reporting and escalation of arrears procedures are in place and are being adhered to.
• Property accounts payable/receivable processing 
• Maintain property database
• Liaise with tenants regarding invoice processing and payment queries
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements & experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in Property, Business, Accounting, or Commerce.
• Experience as a Accounts Assistant or similar role
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Attention to detail, completing tasks with a high level of accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication 
• A can-do attitude with a willingness to assist others
• Understanding on MRI and MYOB(desirable)
