We are seeking a new staff member with a great work ethic and a positive can-do attitude to join our Accounts area in a permanent part-time position. The role is 3 days per week (Wed - Fri) 9.30am-3.00pm, but we can be flexible for the right candidate.
The ideal applicant will possess the following key skills and attributes:
• Two years’ experience in an Account’s role
• Must be organised, have exceptional numerical and communication skills, and have attention to detail
• Good interpersonal skills
• Driven and self-motivated
Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable
• Process customer trade account applications
• Monitor and report on aged receivables and customer statements
• Credit control of overdue debtors
Accounts Payable
• Entering creditor invoices and preparing the weekly payment process
• Reconciling supplier statements
• Processing bank fees and reconciliation of statements
• Processing and reconciliation of credit card and employee reimbursement expenditure
• Generate reports on accounts payable and key expenditure items
• Administration and general office duties
General
• Data entry for accounts payable & receivable, bank reconciliation, and coordination of superannuation payments
