We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Clerk/ Accounts Administrator to join a boutique Law firm that has built an excellent reputation in the Personal Injury and Class Actions space.
You will work closely with the Practice Manager and your role will include but is not limited to:
- Assisting the Practice Manager with Trust Accounting in accordance with the Legal Profession Act;
- BAS, Tax, payroll, accounts payable, trust, risk management and liaison with an external Bookkeeper and Financial Advisor;
- Preparing invoices;
- Accounts payable, accounts receivable and credit control.

The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 2 years experience as an Accounts Clerk, Accounts Administrator or Finance Clerk; and
- Experience in internal accounting matters and trust accounting would be preferred but not essential.
