The Firm
Our client is looking for a full-time Junior Legal Secretary to support a fantastic, friendly and supportive partner and lawyer in plaintiff Personal Injury. As a Junior Legal Secretary, there is no better way to kick start your career than in legal!
  
As this is a small firm your role as Junior Legal Secretary is varied and will also require you to assist with the day to day running of the office. 
  
Some of your duties will include: 

• Preparing correspondence, compiling briefs and court documents;
• File management;
• Diary management and inbox management;
• Handling general client and stakeholder enquiries via telephone and face-to-face and
• General administration.

About you
You will have previous administration experience ideally in a law firm, along with excellent communication skills, a sharp eye for detail.
