Working under the guidance of a supportive Partner who is recognised by Best Lawyers for Insurance, this position will see you taking instructions and providing initial advices, drafting pleadings, liaising with clients, insurers and other lawyers, negotiating outcomes and attending to all stages of the litigation process. Additionally, there are opportunities to assist in business development.About youIdeally, you will have 3-5 years' PQE working in a law firm, and have experience with Personal Injury claims on the defendant side. To be successful in this role, you will also need to have experience reviewing medical reports and be able to assess quantum.If you have experience in other areas of insurance such as WorkCover and a genuine interest in Personal Injury, we encourage you to apply.
