Brookmoore Constructions is an Australian wide commercial/shopfitting company and residential home builder in Southeast Qld. Based in Bundall, the Brookmoore Team is looking for an Accounts / Administration superstar to join their team.
The Role:
- Accounts Payable duties (entering and paying bills)
- Accounts Receivable duties (reconciling payments and chasing unpaid accounts/invoices)
- Reconciling all accounts and credit cards
- Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the office, including ordering kitchen and stationery supplies
- Provide administrative support to director and senior staff, including correspondence, preparing documents, scheduling meetings and handling travel arrangements
- Managing various email inboxes
- Maintain filing systems and databases
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees
- Assist with HR requirements
Essential Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong initiative and self-motivation
- Great organisational skills
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge in using Microsoft Office and Xero (a must)
- Punctual and reliable
- Ability to work in both a team environment and autonomously
- Experience using Databuild or Therefore would be advantageous
The position is based in Bundall, Gold Coast. Hours are Monday to Friday 7:30am – 4:00pm.
