Ready Towing is Queensland’s largest and most reputable operator of accident recovery and salvage, Ready Towing has grown from a 1 truck operation in 1963 to today operating over 250 vehicles throughout Queensland. Ready Towing is the industry leader for towing technology, technique, safety, education, and training.
The business operates 24 hours, 7 days, 365 days per year, with a dedicated and staffed dispatch centre, administration team and Tow Truck Operators. Ready Towing is a quality assured company for Systems, Safety, and Environment, and has maintained certification for over 10 years.
Responsibilities:
Previous experience in data checking payroll or invoicing in a small buisiness in the field of vehicles or mechanical fields would be highly regarded (however not essential), ensuring you can demonstrate the following is critical:
- Accuracy, invoices and attention to detail in checking records.
- Effectively address missing documentation rectify errors
- Investigating issues as required.
- Meticulously reviewing data for accuracy. Setting up and processing the data transfer for invoicing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, for effective documentation, preparation of reports and Data Management.
- Assist with records management.
- Reconciling multiple entity transactions.
- Assist with general Administration Tasks as required.
To be successful in this position you will need to show:
- Proficiency in M365 and Excel and the ability to learn new bespoke software.
- High level Excel skills
- Experience in a weekly cycle
- Ability to problem solve, show initiative, and think outside the square to make decisions based on the information given.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail required.
- Strong ethics with the ability to manage confidential data.
- Self- motivated, reliable & hard working with excellent time management skills.
Hours of Work
This position is a Full Time Position, Monday to Friday, with room for negotiation with the right candidate.
