We are seeking to appoint an Accounts Clerk who will perform the day-to-day activities of the finance operations who has the ability to work unsupervised.
FE Technologies is based in Geelong and has an on-site car park.
Major Areas of Responsibility
- Accounts receivable and payable function
- Performing bank statement reconciliations
- Credit card and staff expense form reconciliations
- Processing monthly payroll and maintaining payroll records
- General Administration duties
- Day to day and ad hoc duties to support the Finance Manager
Desired Skills
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience with an accounting software package
- Experience with a payroll software program
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Driven and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Attention to detail, good judgement showing logical decision making, and a hands-on approach
- High level of computer literacy with good Excel skills
- Excellent Verbal and written skills
