Qualifications & experience
- Experience in MYOB
- Previous experience or knowledge in Accounts
- Strong administration skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Tasks & responsibilities
- Invoice management and processing
- Follow up overdue accounts
- Investigating and resolving all customer and supplier enquiries
- Maintain customers' accounts, credit claims/notes
- Handle invoicing and send weekly invoices and statements to clients
- Provide support to accounts team
- Initiate Reconciliation & Compare Transactions
- Reporting
- Assist in payroll
- All round assistance in Accounts
