AddressAccounts/Finance Assistant
Eickhoff Australia Pty Ltd are looking for a full time Accounts/Finance Assistant at our Braemar Facility. The role would suit a reliable and efficient self-motivated person. Must work effectively in a team environment.
The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:-
- Accounts Payable/Receivable Processing
- Bank Reconciliations including Intercompany and maintaining Cash Book
- Preparation and processing of fortnightly payment runs
- Reconciliation of Customer Payments and accounts
- Reconciliation of Creditor Statements
- Motor Vehicle Fleet Administration
- Reconciliation and processing of Company Credit Cards & Employee Expenses
- Generate and Supply financial statements and reports as requested/required
- Update spreadsheets on a regular basis
- Issuing, checking and processing timesheets
- Supporting the Finance Team
- End of month processing ensuring deadlines are met including accruals/journals
The successful candidate must have:-
- Experience with accounts software. SAP preferred but not essential
- Intermediate experience with Excel
- Good organisational skills and good attention to detail
- 3+ years of relevant experience in an accounts/finance role
- Proficient in MS Office
