About the Role:
WorkPac is currently seeking an Accounts Manager for our client Rimex. Based in Redcliffe, this position is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week for an initial 6-month duration with potential for permanency. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key client accounts within the mining industry, fostering strong relationships, and driving business growth through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Primary point of contact for all account related inquires and issues.
Identify and pursue opportunities to expand business with new and existing accounts.
Negotiating contract renewals
Collaborate with teams across the business.
Monitoring account and sales performance
Traveling to clients and engaging in meetings
Skills & Experience Required:
2-3 years in a similar role
Accounting background beneficial
Can develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Strong communication skills
Stakeholder management
Proficient with MS products
C â Class driverâs licence
